Whether it’s PMS, menopause, or hormonal fluctuations, Monthly Mood helps take the edge off. Designed to calm mood swings, ease physical discomfort, and promote restful sleep, this formula brings you back to center—naturally.*

What It Does
  • Supports emotional balance during hormonal shifts*
  • Reduces PMS-related mood swings and irritability*
  • Eases breast tenderness and discomfort*
  • Helps calm the mind and body for better sleep*
  • May reduce symptoms of endometriosis and fibroids*
  • Promotes peaceful transitions during menopause*
How It Works
  • Hormones impact mood, sleep, and physical well-being more than most people realize.
  • Monthly Mood uses time-tested herbs that calm the nervous system and support hormonal balance.
  • Unlike harsh medications, this blend targets emotional and physical symptoms holistically.
  • From soothing Collective Happiness Bark to inflammation-taming Ginger Root, every ingredient is chosen to harmonize your inner world.*
  • Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms are caused by changes in hormone levels, particularly estrogen and progesterone. Monthly Mood aims to help regulate these hormonal changes to ease physical and emotional symptoms of PMS, including menstrual cramps, breast tenderness, irritability, and more.
Who It's Good For
  • Those experiencing PMS mood swings or irritability
  • Women navigating menopause or hormonal shifts
  • Individuals suffering from menstrual cramps or hormonal sleep issues
  • People with endometriosis or fibroids
  • Anyone who wants emotional support during their menstrual cycle
  • Those looking for a gentle, herbal alternative to synthetic hormone support
How to Take
  • Take two capsules two times a day
  • If you suffer from severe symptoms, take 2 capsules 3 times a day
  • If you are sensitive, start with 1 capsule once a day & gradually increase to 2 capsules 2-3 times a day
  • Wait at least 30 minutes or more before or after a meal
  • Capsules may be added to light veggie or fruit smoothies (powder or whole capsule)

Additional Information

1. For women who struggle with mood swings leading up to their period: Take 1-3 caps 2-3 times daily until irritable mood subsides (usually when menstruation starts).

2. For women who consistently struggle with mood swings throughout the month due to hormone imbalances:Take 1-2 caps 2 times daily.

3. For women with endometriosis and/or uterine fibroids:Take 2-3 caps twice daily until the menstrual cycle ends. As soon as the cycle ends, increase consumption to 2-4 capsules, 3 times daily, until ovulation. This can help prevent the growth of the endometrium lining outside of the uterus.

CAUTION: If pregnant or nursing, please consult a physician prior to use. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
