How to Take

For individuals with seasonal allergies: Start taking these herbs a couple of weeks before the season changes or flowers begin to bloom. 2 capsules 2 times a day to start, and increase the dosage if needed.
For individuals with severe allergies: Take 2-3 caps 3 times a day.
