How to Take
  • Take 1-2 capsules twice a day
  • If you suffer from severe symptoms, take 3-4 capsules 3 times a day
  • If you are sensitive, start with 1 capsule once a day & gradually increase to 2 capsules 2-3 times a day
  • Decrease the dosage and frequency if your bowel movements become loose.
  • Wait at least 30 minutes or more before or after a meal
  • Capsules may be added to light veggie or fruit smoothies (powder or whole capsule)
